Yes, you must register to reserve your place and be able to identify yourself on the day of the event. Once you have registered, we will contact you to confirm your place, as seating is limited.

You can attend the event via streaming. If you are not available to connect on the day of the event, you also have the option to sign up for post-event presentations.

No. If it is not possible for you to join us all day, you can come to the sessions that interest you the most. Our recommendation is that you attend as many activities as possible. You will have the opportunity to learn about the success stories of educational institutions in vocational training and training for employment, as well as the latest news about the Academy initiatives of reference and how to benefit from them.

Yes, ask us on the day of the event

By car. M-30. Exit Plaza Castilla. Continue along Castellana until Plaza de Cuzco. Turn left and go up Alberto Alcocer.
By subway. Cuzco Station (L10) or Colombia (L8 and L9).
By bus. Line 150 towards Virgen Cortijo.
Madrid Barajas Airport. Take metro line 8. Get off at Colombia station. Walk 10 minutes to the hotel.

There is a public parking lot below the hotel that operates according to availability. It is NOT possible to reserve a parking space.

People who are staying at the Hotel can leave their suitcase in the cloakroom located at the Hotel Reception. People who are not staying at the hotel, can leave their coats at the Reception located on the Central floor of Rooms (PC Floor). The Hotel cannot keep bags or electronic equipment in the Cloakrooms.

The event will be held in the same location as the previous editions: in the Europe zone of the PC floor (Hall Floor).
Once you arrive at the Hotel you must take the panoramic elevators and go up to the PC floor. You will find Videowalls that will indicate the name of the Event Rooms. You can also ask at the PC floor Reception where they will indicate the location of the reserved room.
