In today's job market, there continues to be a mismatch in technology positions, making it necessary to implement actions that boost people's employability and foster the connection between digital talent and businesses.

In this talk, we will present this success case driven by the Human Age Institute Foundation. In its 4th edition, the Rethinking Digital program once again offers scholarships to officially train in the most successful courses of the Cisco Networking Academy initiative.

The program is aimed at individuals interested in developing professionally in the technology field, with an interest in finding new technology jobs or improving employment and acquiring the necessary skills for it.

These scholarships combine technical training, hand in hand with CISCO and its training partner PUE Academy, skills training, mentoring, networking, and access to employment opportunities.

The Human Age Institute, the largest talent initiative in the country, carries out programs to improve people's employability, contributing to their job placement, with this work being part of ManpowerGroup's corporate social responsibility strategy.
