In this talk, we will present the success case of Hiberus and how, through training and official certification in technology, they have managed to attract and retain the talent they need to enable their growth.

Hiberus is a Spanish multinational specialized in technology, which closed the year 2023 with an impressive 50% growth compared to 2022 and exceeded 130 million euros in revenue and 2,800 employees. And for the third consecutive year, it is the Spanish technology company with the highest growth in Spain.
