English for IT
The English training dreamed by students and professionals in the ICT sector
Description:
Today, 96% of conversations worldwide involve non-native English speakers. Given that 80% of the information stored on computers worldwide is in English and that English is the language of technology worldwide, it's necessary to learn technical yet simple English.
The official English for IT course and certification are designed to train students and professionals in the level of English they need to work in a technology company.
The course starts at a low intermediate level (B1) and takes the student to a high intermediate level (B2), which is the minimum language level needed to work effectively in the workplace.
The English for IT course is aimed at the following target groups of non-native English speakers:
- K12 and Higher Education students in later stages and IT professionals.
- Software developers, network engineers, security engineers, product managers, and IT support staff wishing to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- IT specialists wishing to start working in multinational or English-speaking companies.
- Non-IT employees working or wishing to work in the technology sector.
In this session, we will provide all the necessary details to access the English for IT course and official certification, both from the student's perspective and from the perspective of the academic institution interested in improving their students' English skills.
PUE Academy, as a Channel Partner of OpenEDG and its English for IT program, aims to bring the official technical English training and certification program to educational institutions and their entire student community.
Through our services as a Training & Certification Center (TCC) and Academy Support Center (ASC), we make ourselves available to training centers to access the English for IT program under the best conditions, adapting to their needs and realities.
